Workout Jams

So as many of you know, I've been hitting the gym getting my fitness on for a few weeks now. One thing about me that you may or may not know is that I have the attention span of a goldfish if I'm bored. Running inside = boring. So I have to keep my mind engaged while I'm working out, otherwise I last about 5 minutes. One way I do this is to listen to music while I'm running. I thought I would share my 90s workout playlist that I've been jamming to lately.

No Doubt - Spiderwebs
Q-Tip - Vivrant Thing
K-7 - Come Baby Come
Ace of Base - Beautiful Life
Spice Girls - Wannabe
Madonna - Ray of Light
Crystal Waters - 100% Pure Love
LL Cool J - Mama Said Knock You Out
Reel 2 Real - I Like to Move It
Dee Lite - Groove is in the Heart
69 Boyz - Tootsie Roll
Freak Nasty - Da Dip
Limp Bizkit - Rollin'
N.O.R.E. - Nothin'
Rob Base and DJ E.Z. Rock - It Takes Two

What's on your gym playlist?

Feeling sheepish bc I have been singing 'vibrant thing' for years.

LOVE this! And I understand about the attention span thing. Especially on a treadmill. Yeesh. These would definitely keep me entertained - thanks for sharing!
