I Want to Ride My Bicycle. I Want to Ride My Bike!

We had a super fun weekend in Bungalowtown. Saturday night we went on the Omaha Patio Ride in the Old Market District of Omaha for our friend Ann's birthday. Basically, it's a fourteen person traveling patio table that you have to pedal to move. We stopped at various downtown establishments for some beverages, rocked out to the stereo system on the bike, and felt like celebrities as everyone downtown gawked at us. We had a blast.
Broke my Wayfarers so I had to pick up some $8 ones at Target before | Senor Andrew and I patio riding it
Some friends on the ride | Bill was peddling hard
Robin and I with our faux Wayfarers | I was the winner of the "Da Bomb" trophy

And here are some more pictures I stole from my friends.

Robin and the birthday girl, Ann.

Our driver that put up with our crazy, Ace.

We got a little out of hand.

So that's what we were up to this weekend. What did you do?

Wow, what fun! That is a great idea. :-) I'm glad you had a great weekend! Mine was spent relaxing, sleeping in, and spending time with my husband and our families. xx

I knew you were a winner. I bet because it was so fun, you didn't even notice it was 65,000 degrees.

I never worry about breaking my sunglasses because I spend 5 dollars on them, I break them on the regular.

My weekend?!?!? Thank you for asking.. I ate. I slept. I played. You know, basics.

I'm sorry, what? A table you pedal? SIGN ME THE FUCK UP. And I'm sad you broke your sunglasses... I know you loved them long time. RIP Wayfarers.

It was AMAZING. They have them in Minneapolis, that's where the guy who runs ours is from.

They were a present from Andy. I'm sad that I broke them :(

FUN weekend! But so sad about the sunglasses... Eric is always trying to buy me sunglasses that cost more than $10 but I refuse to let him. I go through multiple pairs of sunglasses each year.
